1. Information we collect
- Account data: email, nickname, account identifier and email-verification status.
- Access and reconciliation data: product, third-party order ID, purchase date and entitlement records.
- Content you submit: topics, claim notes and refund reasons.
- Security and operations data: necessary request logs, rate-limit records and administrator audit entries.
We do not collect card numbers, payment passwords or third-party payment credentials on this site. Do not submit them.
2. How we use it
For authentication, access verification, delivery entry display, refund tracking, abuse prevention, security auditing, support and legal compliance.
3. Third-party payments
Payments and refunds are handled by Afdian, Mianbaoduo, Whop or Stripe under their own privacy policies. We receive only the minimum reconciliation information needed for operations.
4. Delivery channels
After access is activated, the page may show a Feishu document, Discord invite or WeChat contact. These are independent services governed by their own terms. WeChat contact details are for delivery and support only; do not republish them.
5. Storage and retention
Data is stored on infrastructure such as Supabase. We retain records as needed for operations, disputes and legal obligations. Production must enable backups, access controls and least-privilege administration.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of account data, or withdraw non-essential consent. Records required for reconciliation, fraud prevention, audit or legal obligations may not be deleted immediately. Contact the support address shown on the site.
7. Cross-border processing
Using overseas infrastructure or delivery channels may involve cross-border data processing. Before launch, the operating entity must assess applicable law, including privacy and data-export rules in the relevant jurisdictions.
8. Template notice
This is a pre-launch template. The operating entity, contact address, processors, retention periods and rights-request process must be completed by qualified counsel.
