1. Nature of the service
TruthLab provides research, organised materials and delivery access for business ideas, side hustles and platform rules. We do not process payments, hold funds or issue refunds on behalf of any third-party platform.
2. Third-party platforms
Purchases take place on Afdian, Mianbaoduo, Whop or Stripe. Price, payment, refunds, invoices and disputes are governed by that platform's page and terms. Clicking a purchase link means you leave TruthLab and accept the third party's terms.
3. Accounts
Register with a real email address and verify it. You must keep your account secure and must not sell, lend or share accounts, access codes or delivery links. We may suspend access where sharing causes loss or unauthorised access.
4. Access and delivery
Access is either a single-case seat or a market-specific vault. A case seat covers only the named case. A vault covers only the named market and does not unlock other cases or markets. Delivery is provided through Feishu read-only documents, private Discord channels or WeChat. The applicable scope is shown on the product page and in the activated entitlement.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use TruthLab to submit, distribute or carry out illegal, infringing, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, platform-circumventing or false-declaration activity. Operators may reject or remove content and restrict accounts.
6. Content and responsibility
Content is general research and information, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Conclusions may change with platform rules, costs and market conditions. Except where required by law, TruthLab does not guarantee any business result, income or platform-review outcome.
7. Changes and termination
Operators may change products, prices or delivery methods, or discontinue a service. Discontinued services will be handled under the applicable refund policy and service-term terms.
8. Governing law and disputes
The operating entity, governing law, jurisdiction and contact address must be completed by qualified counsel before launch. This is a template and not final legal advice.
